Join us for an intimate evening where Sri Lankan coconut meets modern Chinese cooking. Chef Victor and the team at Lee Ho Fook have created a one-night-only menu inspired by The Holy Coconut, weaving coconut through every course, from the first canape to the final bonbon.
About The Holy Coconut
The Holy Coconut is a Melbourne-based coconut brand with Sri Lankan roots, on a mission to bring a little slice of Sri Lankan paradise to every Aussie pantry. The range is fresh, pure and unmistakably Sri Lankan: coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut whipped cream, coconut condensed milk, coconut amino and king coconut water.

Canapes
Baby cucumber, Sichuan chilli crisp, coco amino, cashew cream
Pickled mussel, Lanzhou chilli oil, nasturtium vinegar, coconut milk
First Course
Raw kingfish, braised leek, white radish, cloud fungi, ginger and spring onion coconut cream
Second Course
Hainan style cockerel and coconut consommé, chicken dumplings, goji berries and ginger
Third Course
Hand picked mud crab, cauliflower, white pepper curry, fried mantou
Fourth Course
Slow cooked beef short rib, rendang spice, spring onion pancakes
Fifth Course
Coconut sorbet, streusel, warm coco caramel
